Sound Meditations (or Sound Baths) are meditative, sonic journeys that can offer deep relaxation, creative awakening, and regeneration for those participating. 

Through harmonic, over-tone instrumentation and the practice of deep listening, our brainwaves have the opportunity to move towards slower, deeper states: Alpha (creative + calm),

Theta (deep meditation + rest),

and sometimes Delta (dreamless sleep).

My Sound Meditation journeys include the use of: crystal singing bowls, himalayan bowls, chimes, bells, tongue drum, hand drum, gong, field recordings and voice.

As a Registered Acupuncturist, I strategically place gold ear seeds along specific acupuncture points within the ear, to achieve nervous system restoration, deep relaxation and mental clarity -- You even get to take these benefits home with you!

During the Sound Meditation, each participant receives a 1-on-1 reiki healing. 

Reiki is a form of energy healing which balances the chakras, promotes self-healing, and shifts you into a rejuvenating state of being.
